Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order and will offer a full refund for any affected items.

Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or events beyond our control. Tracking is provided once your label is created.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, apparel items may be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Books in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Contact nataliehelena33@gmail.com to start a return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Brave Belle story, book text, illustrations, logos, and designs — is owned by Dr. Natalie H. Zadok and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Bulk & Educator Orders

Discounted bulk pricing is available for qualifying schools, libraries, and community programs. Custom quotes and terms are agreed upon before payment links are issued.

Limitation of Liability

Brave Belle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
